Shipping policy
At Raw Faith, all of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. This means each item is custom-printed just for you once your order is placed.
Production Time
Please allow 2–7 business days for order processing and production before your item is shipped. Most orders are fulfilled within 3–5 business days.
Shipping Time
Shipping times vary based on your location and the fulfillment partner. Estimated delivery times (after production) are:

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as carrier delays, customs, or holidays.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if available). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Carriers
We use various shipping carriers depending on the item and fulfillment location, including USPS, FedEx, and DHL.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or significantly delayed packages once they leave the fulfillment center. However, if your tracking hasn’t updated in more than 10 business days, please contact us at info.rawfaith@gmail.com so we can help investigate.
